The Michigan Deaf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for the rights and improving the quality of life for Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard-of-hearing individuals across Michigan. Our biennial conference will feature a dynamic range of activities, including:
- ASL Festival: Over 40 exhibitors showcasing products, services, and innovations relevant to the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. The ASL Festival is free and open to the public, with an expected attendance of 150 to 300 visitors throughout the day.
- Advocacy Workshops: Interactive sessions providing valuable insights on civil rights, community issues, and solutions to challenges faced by Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. We anticipate 150 attendees for these workshops.
- Networking Events: Exclusive opportunities for sponsors to connect with key community leaders, advocates, and influencers in the field.
SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
Sponsorship options cover the biennial conference the weekend of Saturday, November 15, 2025, including marketing materials promoting the event. There are also additional exclusive sponsorship opportunities.

- Diamond Sponsor ($10,000): One spot
- Gold Sponsor ($5,000): Three spots
- Silver Sponsor ($2,500): Eight spots
- Bronze Sponsor ($1,000): No limit
Branding
All sponsors will have the opportunity to have their brand featured on all event materials (conference website, email campaigns, and event signage), social media shout-outs, and in the program book.
Exhibitor Benefits
All sponsors will be provided with a 6’x6′ exhibit space, one 72″x30″ table, and two chairs. A complimentary continental breakfast and up to four boxed lunches will also be provided.
Access to Workshop Sessions
Depending on the sponsorship tier, you may receive a specific number of complimentary tickets to the workshop sessions. Exclusive to Diamond and Gold sponsors, you may also host a branded workshop or panel discussion.
Speaking Engagement at ASL Festival
Diamond and Gold sponsors will have speaking engagements at 11 AM for Opening Remarks (3 minutes) and at 2 PM for Afternoon Remarks (2 minutes). Silver sponsors will have a speaking engagement during the 2 PM Afternoon Remarks.
Distribute your swags or promotional items
We will help distribute your company’s promotional items to attendees (reserving the first 150 swag items for registered workshop participants and an optional additional 200 for ASL Festival visitors).
