As an exhibitor, you’ll be part of an immersive environment where American Sign Language (ASL) is the primary mode of communication, positioning yourself to attract hundreds of attendees seeking products, services, or solutions you may have to offer. Your exhibit space will be within the ASL Festival portion of the MDA Conference, which is open and free to the public.
The 2025 MDA Conference will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Detroit Troy Auburn Hills (850 Tower Dr, Troy, MI 48098) on Saturday, November 15, 2025.
Exhibit Hours
Saturday, November 15, 2025
- 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM: Exhibitor Move-in
- 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Exhibits Open to Public
- 4:00 PM to 5:00PM: Exhibitor Move-Out
Note: While it is not necessary for us to mention this because of DST (Deaf Standard Time), early dismantling is disruptive to ASL Festival activities and attendee expectations; therefore, exhibitors are encouraged to commit to the 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM time frame.

- Your 6’x6′ exhibit space includes one 72″x30″ table and two chairs.
- AV equipment and electrical access available at additional cost.
- Boxed lunch available at additional cost (order before November 1, 2025).
Restrictions:
- This is a family-friendly event.
- Exhibitors may not attach anything to the venue’s ceilings or walls.
- It is the hotel’s policy that outside food and beverages may not be sold or consumed on the premises.
- You must pay upfront to reserve your spot with full, non-refundable payment within 30 days of registration, or by September 30, 2025, to secure your spot. Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
