By-Laws are the rules that guide how our organization operates. They outline how decisions are made, the responsibilities of officers and members, and how meetings are conducted. By following these rules, we ensure the smooth operations of our organization.

The Bylaws Committee hosted two public listening sessions for bylaws feedback on April 19, 2025, and June 14, 2025. The committee also held several monthly meetings to review the 2011 and 2013 bylaws, along with the proposed amendments submitted by the 2019 board (suspended due to COVID-19).
The proposed revisions to the bylaws, which members will vote on Sunday, November 16, 2025, are listed below. No further changes will be made at this time; however, we will collect proposed amendments for consideration at the next membership convention in 2027.
Per the 2013 bylaws, proposed revisions must be published to members at least 60 days before the vote. These revisions were published on September 14, 2025.
